Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

By using YourCalcSuite, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before using any part of the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

YourCalcSuite provides a suite of calculators covering finance, health, and mathematics. The platform produces numerical results based on established mathematical formulas applied to inputs you supply.

All results are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Results reflect mathematical computations based on the inputs and assumptions built into each formula; they do not account for your individual circumstances, local regulations, or factors that a qualified professional would consider.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on YourCalcSuite constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or any other form of professional advice. For significant financial, health, or legal decisions, a qualified professional can provide guidance (before any action is taken) that accounts for individual circumstances, local regulations, and factors that no general-purpose calculator captures.

The platform is designed to help you explore scenarios and understand what numbers mean, not to replace expert guidance.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourCalcSuite and its operators accept no liability for:

  • Any decision made in reliance on a result produced by the platform.
  • Any financial loss, health outcome, or other consequence arising from the use of any calculator or other tool on the platform.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in results caused by incorrect or incomplete inputs provided by the user.
  • Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

You accept full responsibility for any decision you make using outputs from YourCalcSuite.

4. Accuracy of Results

Calculator results are deterministic: given the same inputs, they always produce the same output, based on established mathematical formulas. However, every formula relies on assumptions (for example, that an interest rate remains constant over time) that may not reflect your real-world situation.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our formulas are correct, but we make no warranty (express or implied) regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any result.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use YourCalcSuite only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the platform or its underlying infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on YourCalcSuite is the property of YourCalcSuite and its operators, unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves, for example, when user accounts or AI features are introduced. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
